Every day, you face your reflection and speak your truth aloud. Say: “Yes, Goddess. I am yours.” Three times. No rushing. Eye contact is required. Submission starts in the mirror.
When you wear your plug, you carry me inside you. Whisper : I carry Her control within me. It’s not decoration. It’s discipline. And you don’t remove it without permission.
Your day begins with a kneel, a phrase, and an offering. Say: “Good morning, Goddess. I exist to serve.” Then send a message, photo or gesture of devotion. Every day.
Prompt: “Yes, Goddess. I obey.”
Each morning before you starting your dat and each night before sleep say this phrase aloud. No excuses, No shortcuts. It doesn’t have to be shouted, just sincere. You can whisper it in bed. You can say it while brushing your teeth. But it must be said. This is your anchor. This is how you begin and end your day, under me.
